What are the 5 branches?

Mental

Mental wellness is a  personal capability that equips us to think, feel, interact, and operate; it is an ongoing activity that allows us to develtop strength ultimately leading us to grow and flourish.

Social

Social health is about the ties we nurture and how we interact with other people. It involves forming strong, protective, and  encouraging associations as well as establishing a sincere bond with those in our lives.

Spiritual

The spiritual element of one's being is the combination of the four other branches. Recognizing what the body needs, self awareness, and radical self acceptance set the tone for achieving spiritual health.

Physical

Physical wellness involves becoming conscious of the need to be physically active, consume nutritious foods, and get sufficient rest, in addition to  avoiding and managing present chronic health issues.

Nutritional

Understanding proper  nutrition and the effects it your overall well-being is known as nutritional  wellness. Eating nutritiously can help maintain serious illnesses and keep away any unwanted problems.
